Is your high school student-athlete interested in participating in intercollegiate athletics at Plymouth State? Do you know other high school student-athletes who are considering becoming Panthers?
The Admissions Office has teamed up with the Panther Athletics Department to offer the first Prospective Student-Athlete Open House on Saturday, December 8. Prospective students and their families will have full access to current coaches, student-athletes, faculty, and staff to learn about what they can expect from the Plymouth State student-athlete experience. Plymouth State competes in 20 women’s and men’s varsity sports at the NCAA Division III level, is affiliated with the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and is a member of the Little East Conference. In addition to varsity sports, the Athletic Department sponsors a number of affiliated club programs, including competitive cheer and men’s and women’s ice hockey. These programs provide opportunities for student-athletes to be a part of an expanding and exciting Panther athletics family.
The Open House begins at 9:15 a.m. in Plymouth State’s Ice Arena and Savage Welcome Center. A variety of events are scheduled for the day, including campus tours of academic and athletic facilities and residence halls, lunch, and the chance to watch Panther teams in action.
