Title: Coach's Aide

Brandon Cox is in his fourth season as a coach's aide for the Plymouth State baseball team.  A native of Nashua, N.H., Cox played two years at Merrimack College before transferring to Plymouth State for his junior and senior seasons.

A shortstop during his time at Plymouth State, Cox works with both the Panther offense and defense. His fast-paced coaching style, combined with deep knowledge of the game, will help to develop player’s abilities.  Along with his coaching roles, Cox heads the Panther recruiting efforts as recruiting coordinator.

   

During his two years as a Panther, his 47 RBI, 19 doubles and four home runs led the team in production.  His 35 walks was directly related to his successful hitting approach, which he instills in current players.

Cox also competed in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League during its inaugural season for the Nashua Silver Knights.  He earned All-Little East Conference Academic honors as well as being on the Dean’s list at PSU. He graduated Cum Laude from Plymouth State with a degree in Business Administration.

In addition to his duties with Plymouth State baseball, Cox also holds a role as an account executive for a fast-growing promotional products distributor based in Miami, Florida.
