Eric McCarthy is now in his 4th season as an assistant for the Panthers, and his second with the recievers after coaching tight ends in 2010. McCarthy served one season as a student assistant coach at his alma mater, the University of Connecticut, and was an assistant on Martha's Vineyard's 2008 Mass. State Championship team
