Zach Parsons is in his 2nd season as an assistant for the Panthers. Parsons is a formaer four-year starter for PSU who earned three All-NEFC honors, including First Team in 2009, and was a three-time NEFC All-Academic team selection. parsons started his coaching career in 2011 as an assistant at Northampston (Mass.) High School.
