PSU Field Hockey goalie garners ECAC honor

Another honor for Lemelin and Panther defense

            PLYMOUTH, N.H. – A day after being named the Little East Conference Goalie of the Week, the  starting goalie on the Plymouth State University field hockey team received a similar honor from the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).

            Junior Hilary Lemelin (Milan, N.H./Berlin) was named ECAC Division III Nwe England Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Week Tuesday.  She led PSU to a pair of conference victories over the University of Southern Maine and Fitchburg State University as the Panthers improved to 10-1 overall and 6-1 in conference play.
