Title: Assistant Coach

Kara LaSalle is now in her fourth season as an assistant coach in charge of defense with the Plymouth State field hockey program in 2017.

A four-year letter winner at Franklin Pierce University, LaSalle missed just one game in her career with the Ravens, as she finished with 67 games played.  A four-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad selection while at Franklin Pierce, LaSalle was the Ravens' team captain as a senior in 2005.  She was selected for the Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference Team in 2005.

Originally from Gilford, N.H., LaSalle graduated from Franklin Pierce in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics.  LaSalle studied civil and environmental engineering at the University of New Hampshire’s Graduate School and is currently the Housing Development Project Manager at the Laconia Area Community Land Trust.
