Justin Lang is in his first season as assistant coach for the Plymouth State Men’s Basketball team. His main responsibilities include film exchange, recruitment of student-athletes, opponent scouting, and practice and game preparation.
Prior to joining the PSU staff, Lang was a 2012 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Studies. During his time in Durham, Lang served as a four-year student manager for the Wildcats’ men’s basketball program under head coach Bill Herrion. His main responsibilities included oversight of managerial staff, coordinating practice and game preparation, assisting in travel coordination, and film exchange.
Lang has also worked for the Hoop Group as camp assistant at the New England Top 100 in Mansfield, Mass., as well as a site coordinator for the Providence Jam Fest in Providence, R.I.
A native of Newmarket, N.H., Lang was a three-sport athlete at Newmarket High School, lettering in Basketball, Baseball, and Soccer for four years.
