HERSHEY, Pa. - Senior Scott Schilling (West Allis, Wis.) scored three goals and an assist and classmate Brian Yingling (Steelton, Pa.) added two goals and an assist Sunday, leading Lebanon Valley College to an 8-2 victory over Plymouth State College in an ECAC Northeast Conference ice hockey game.

The win gives Lebanon Valley, the defending ECAC Northeast regular season champions, a 4-1-0 league record this season, 5-4-0 overall, while PSC is now 0-3-1 overall and 0-2-1 in conference play.

The Dutchmen led 1-0 after one period, but put up four unanswered goals in the second period to open it up. LVC also excelled on special teams, scoring five power play goals in 11 attempts while holding PSC to one PPG in six tries.

A pair of freshmen picked up third period goals for PSC -- Paul Feeney (Lowell, Mass.) and Dennis Kane (Westford, Mass.). Feeney scored on the power play, his second of the season, while also recording an assist, and Kane finished off his team-leading fourth goal of the season.

Freshman Sonny Holding (Cheverly, Md.) registered the win for LVC with a 32-save effort. PSC junior Mike Mansson (Wilson, Wyo.) finished with 36 saves. The Dutchmen had a 44-34 advantage in shots on goal.

PSC returns to New Hampshire to play a conference game Wednesday at Franklin Pierce College (7:00 p.m.). The Ravens are in their first year in the Northeast in their inaugural varsity season.
