Snowy fields postpone games

PLYMOUTH, N.H. - The weather's good enough, but the snow that remains on Plymouth State College's athletic field has caused postponements of several games.

The Panther baseball squad has moved two games. The contest against Norwich scheduled for Panther Park on Friday, Mar. 29, was postponed, with no make-up date announced. The home game against Lyndon State scheduled for Tuesday, Apr. 2, has been wiped out and rescheduled for May 1 at Lyndon, Vt., in what will now be a doubleheader. PSC is still planning on playing its Little East Conference doubleheader Saturday (Mar. 30) at UMass Dartmouth (12:00 p.m.).

Two lacrosse games slated for Monday, Apr. 1, have been moved. The women's lacrosse contest between PSC and Colby-Sawyer has been moved to Sunday, Apr. 28 at 1 p.m. at Arold Field The men's lacrosse game between PSC and Salem State will still be played Monday, but has been moved to Salem, Mass. (3:30 p.m.).
