PSC-UMD game postponed

PLYMOUTH, N.H. - Three Plymouth State College spring sports teams had road games rained out on Saturday.

The PSC men's and women's lacrosse teams were slated to play Little East Conference encounters at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Saturday, but did not make the trip due to the scheduled heavy rains. The men's game has been rescheduled for this Monday (Apr. 28) at UMD at 3:30 p.m. The women's game has not been rescheduled, and may not be made up, pending other LEC outcomes. Both LEC lacrosse tournaments are scheduled to begin on Tuesday (Apr. 29).

The Panther softball doubleheader scheduled for Saturday at the University of Massachusetts Boston has also been rescheduled for this Monday, Apr. 28, at 3:30 p.m. in Boston. They will be the final games of the regular season for both schools, as the LEC Tournament is slated to begin on Tuesday (Apr. 29).

All four Panther spring teams have home make-up games on Sunday (Apr. 27). The baseball team hosts UMass Dartmouth at Panther Park (12 p.m.), the softball team will entertain Western Connecticut at D&M Park (12 p.m.), the women's lacrosse team faces Western Connecticut at Arold Field (12 p.m.), and the men's lacrosse team will host Keene State at Panther Field (2:00 p.m.).
