HOLDERNESS, N.H. – Sophomore Bo Prozinski (Ashland, Mass.) scored a season-high seven goals Sunday afternoon to lead the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth to a 10-4 victory over Plymouth State University in a Little East Conference men's lacrosse game at The Holderness School.

Prozinski scored two goals in the first quarter to lead the Corsairs to a 2-1 lead after one. He added another in the third frame to push the margin to 6-2 before helping clinch the victory with four goals in the final stanza. UMD won its second straight game to improve to 7-3 overall and 1-1 in conference play while PSU had its four-game winning streak stopped and dropped to 4-2 overall and 0-1 in the Little East.

The visitors outscored the home team 2-1 in each of the first two quarters to enjoy a 4-2 margin at halftime. Annunciata scored both Panther goals while juniors Dennis Healy (Hanover, Mass.) and Tyler Chasnov (Plymouth, Mass.) tallied second-period markers for the Corsairs.

UMD extended its margin to 6-2 in the third quarter and Prozinski and senior Justin Lawless (Quincy, Mass.) scored late in the frame. Prozinski notched the first two goals in the first minute of the fourth quarter to give the Corsairs a commanding 8-2 advantage before holding on for the win.

Sophomore Ryan Garland (Franklin, Mass.) and freshman Colin Claflin (Pembroke, Mass.) collected five ground balls apiece to lead PSU while senior Steven Tarpey (Shrewsbury, Mass.) and sophomore Dan Brown (Beverly, Mass.) did the same for UMD.
