PLYMOUTH, N.H. - The top player on the Plymouth State University men's soccer team has been named to the All-New England Third Team, as selected by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Senior Bryan Biederman (Holderness, N.H.) represents the Panthers this year on the All-New England Team. He is a repeat selection, having earned Second Team honors in 2005. Biederman was also named Third Team All-Region this year by the website D3Kicks.com.
A 5'11", 185-pound back, Biederman (left) was named First
Team All-Little East Conference last month. He was the leader on
the Panther defense that allowed only nine goals in the seven
conference games, and 32 goals in 19 contests this fall while
posting five shutouts. Biederman earned All-LEC First Team honors
for the third year in a row.
The Panther men's soccer team made its fourth straight post-season berth in 2006 with a visit to the ECAC New England Tournament, and finished with a 10-7-2 overall record.
