PSU Ice Hockey players named to ECAC All-Academic Team
PLYMOUTH,
N.H. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference has
announced the ECAC Ice Hockey All-Academic Teams for the 2008-09
season, and the list includes 11 student-athletes from the Plymouth
State University men's and women's ice hockey teams.
Student-athletes from all five ECAC Hockey Leagues earned recognition on the All-Academic Teams based on the following criteria: completed at least one full academic year, have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, and have competed in at least one-half of his or her team's contests during the regular season (33 percent of minutes for goaltenders).
Below are the PSU student-athletes who were named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Teams. The men were named to the ECAC Northeast All-Academic Team and the women to the ECAC Women's East All-Academic Team. The complete list of honorees is on the ECAC website at ECACDIIIHockey.com.
