KEENE, N.H. - Junior Robin Hartman (Santa Maria, Cal.) netted five goals and an assist and freshman Katie Sheridan (West Sayville, N.Y.) added three goals and an assist Wednesday to lead Plymouth State College to a 15-4 New England Women's Lacrosse Alliance victory over Keene State College at the Owl Stadium Complex.

The game was originally scheduled to be played in Plymouth, but was moved to Keene because Arold Field is still unplayable. PSC, 5-2 overall and 2-0 in NEWLA games, got back on the winning track after a 15-9 setback to Trinity Tuesday evening in Worcester, Mass. KSC falls to 3-4 overall and 1-1 in NEWLA.

KSC's Kelly Ashton (St. Louis, Mo.) scored the game's first goal at the four-minute mark of the opening half, but Plymouth State tallied five goals in a span of five minutes on the way to building an 8-1 lead at the break. Hartman scored three of her goals in the uprising. Hartman's final goal of the day was the 100th of her career, making her just the eighth player in school history to reach the 100-goal milestone.

Others who scored for PSC included senior Courtney O'Sullivan (East Kingston, N.H.) with two goals and an assist, and five players with one goal each - senior Ali Hoffman (Hancock, N.H.), junior Marcia Wood (Sanford, Maine), sophomores Eileen Rice (Nashua, N.H.) and Julie Shields (Whitby, ONT), and freshman Michelle Norton (Sandwich, Mass.).

Natalie Kent (Billerica, Mass.) had a goal and an assist to lead the Owls.

Goaltender Colleen McSweeney (East Longmeadow, Mass.) made eight saves for Keene State. PSC freshman Carmen Villanueva (East Schodack, N.Y.) and sophomore Lindsey Breda (Londonderry, N.H.) combined for 11 saves, Villanueva making 10 stops and Breda one.

Both teams will face Colby-Sawyer in their next game. The Owls host the Chargers Friday at 4 p.m., and the Panthers are scheduled to play CSC in New London, N.H., next Monday (Apr. 16) at 3:30 p.m.
