Two PSU Womens Lacrosse players earn more post-season honors
PLYMOUTH, N.H. - Two Plymouth State University women's lacrosse players received outstanding honors Thursday with the release of the 2006 Regional All-Star Teams by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
Panther senior midfielder Nicole Evans (Scituate, Mass.) and junior midfielder Kelsey MacDonald (Oak Bluffs, Mass.) were named Pilgrim Region Second Team All-Stars. In addition, Evans was selected to play in the 2006 Division III North-South Senior All-Star game, a premier event that showcases collegiate seniors. It is part of the STX Farewell Lacrosse Festival on Saturday, June 10, at Johns Hopkins University.
The honors come after outstanding seasons by Evans and MacDonald and the Panthers as a team.
