High School
A 2012 graduate of Cranston High School West in Cranston, R.I., Tilton was a four-year letter winner in lacrosse, volleyball and ice hockey. In lacrosse, she earned Academic All-State honors all four years. A team captain her senior season, Tilton was fetted with Second Team All-Division honors in 2011 and First Team All-Division and All-State honors in 2012.
Personal
Emily Grace Tilton is the daughter of David and Sharon Tilton. Her father David played Division I football for the University of Rhode Island. She has two sisters (Melissa and Abbey) and one brother (Benjamin).
