Kristen Guest is in her second year as assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse program. A 2013 graduate from Plymouth State University, Guest was a 4-year starting defender for the women’s lacrosse team. She serves as the programs Defensive Coordinator. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her illustrious career at Plymouth State.

Guest was a standout for the Panthers in her four year career, earning multiple awards for her success on and off the field. She was a two-time LEC First-Team All-Conference selection in 2012 & 2013 as well as serving as team captain for both of those seasons. Guest was named to the prestigious IWLCA All-Region Second Team following her senior season in 2013. She also walked away with back-to-back Defensive MVP Awards in 2012 and 2013, the Coaches Award in 2013 and the Most Improved Player Award in 2011.

In the classroom Guest’s success continued. A Criminal Justice Major, she was named to the LEC All-Academic Team and the PSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll three years in a row from 2009-2011.

Guest left the Plymouth State lacrosse program as one of the top defenders in the Little East Conference and in the country having ranked #1 in the LEC and for all of Division III in Caused Turnovers in 2012, and remained in the top ten in 2013. She was a part of some of the most storied seasons in Plymouth State lacrosse history.

Guest attended Sandwich High School in Sandwich, MA, where she earned four varsity letters for lacrosse and cheerleading. A two-time captain in cheerleading, Guest led her squad to the State Finals as a senior.

Aside from her coaching duties, Guest works as a full-time police officer in the town of New Hampton, N.H. and resides in Holderness.
