Bryan Tracy will bring his knowledge for fitness and passion for PSU to the sidelines for the women’s lacrosse team this season. He will primarily focus on the fitness and conditioning training of the team. Tracy has been involved with Plymouth State Athletics for over seven years.
Tracy was a four-year member and three-year captain of the Plymouth State Men’s Basketball Program from 2006-2010. A unprecedented four-time recipient of the Phil Rowe Hardest Working Practice Player Award, Tracy was also The Durand Award Winner in 2010 and received PSU’s coveted John C. Foley Leadership and Brad Wilby Awards his senior season. Tracy also was the recipient of the Athletic Department’s Panther Award.
A Childhood Studies major while at PSU, Tracy racked up numerous academic awards for his outstanding achievements in the classroom. He was a two-time LEC All-Academic Selection as well as a two-time PSU Athletic Directors Honor Roll selection.
Tracy has a passion for teaching and coaching. He was a middle school teacher at the Campton Elementary School for the four years and recently made a career changed as he is now a full time Trooper with the New Hampshire State Police. Along with police work, Tracy has directed and coached youth basketball for the town of Plymouth.
Fitness is Tracy’s passion and he has many different areas of expertise. He has a vast knowledge of weight-lifting, pool workouts, and individualized speed, strength, and endurance training. Tracy is a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu and practices the Burdenko method.
