- Senior Nate Kittredge (Vergennes, Vt.) won all three of his matches Saturday at Foley Gymnasium, collecting career victory #100, but Plymouth State University's wrestling team dropped all three matches to some of the heavyweights of New England.
The Panthers were defeated by Trinity College, 30-15; Springfield College, 29-12; and Johnson & Wales University, 40-11. Springfield is ranked #1 in New England and #8 in the nation in Division III, Johnson & Wales is ranked #2 in New England and #11 in Division III, and Trinity is ranked #9 in New England.
PSU concludes the dual match portion of the schedule with a 6-14 record. Springfield is now 12-3, JWU is 17-4, and Trinity is 7-13. All of the schools will compete in the annual New England Conference Championships on Feb. 19-20 in Providence, R.I., hosted by JWU.

record this season and a 100-21 mark in his career.
Senior Dan Moskowitz (Amherst, N.H.), junior Nick Gurney (Dixfield, Maine) and sophomore Brandon Black (Keene, N.H.) each posted 2-1 records for the Panthers on Saturday. Moskowitz, in his final home appearance, picked up a pair of wins at 157 pounds to improve his season record to 23-9 and his career mark to 93-39. Gurney won two bouts at 174 pounds to up his season record to 14-12, and Black was successful twice at 165 to improve his record to 12-11.
