PLYMOUTH, N.H. – A pair of student-athletes from the Plymouth State University women's swimming and diving team garnered Little East Conference (LEC) weekly honors following their performances in the pool last week.

Junior Casey Allaire (Mattapoisett, Mass.) was selected as the LEC Diver of the Week for the second straight week, while freshman Ellie Wilson (Darnestown, Md.) captured LEC Rookie Swimmer of the Week recognition.

Allaire swept the diving events once again as the Panthers topped Colby-Sawyer in their lone dual meet of the week. She scored 230.5 on the 1-meter board and posted a 230.65 mark on the 3-meter board to extend her season-opening unbeaten streak.

Wilson grabbed three first place finishes in her home debut. She was the first to touch the wall in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 12:33.23, led the field in the 50-yard breaststroke with a time of 36.69, and topped the competition with a 1:19.39 in the 100-yard breaststroke.

Plymouth State is back in the pool on Saturday (Nov. 17) for a double dual meet at Western New England, where the Panthers will also swim against Eastern Connecticut State. The meet is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.
