PSU Women’s Tennis match postponed

Panthers' Senior Day contest moved to Sunday

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Due to anticipated rain, the Plymouth State University women's tennis match with Bridgewater State University originally scheduled for Saturday (Oct. 13) has been pushed back a day.

The Panthers will now celebrate Senior Day against the Bears in the Little East Conference regular season finale at the Holderness School Tennis Courts on Sunday (Oct. 14), with first serve set for 1:00 p.m.

Prior to the start of the match, Plymouth State will honor seniors Megan Wheeler (Manchester, N.H.) and Irene Kigugu (Concord, N.H.).

PSU (10-2, 7-1 LEC) is in the midst of an eight match winning streak and is guaranteed no less than the No. 2 seed for next week's LEC Tournament. With its most recent victory, Plymouth State recorded double-digit wins in back-to-back years for the first time in program history.
