Brett Sayer joined the Plymouth State volleyball coaching staff as an assistant during the spring of 2017 after serving as the head coach at nearby Colby-Sawyer College for eight years.
Sayer led the Chargers to five-straight North Atlantic Conference (NAC) titles from 2011-15. His teams went a combined 54-5 in NAC play, garnering him four-time NAC Coach of the Year recognition. He has previous coaching experience at now defunct St. Joseph’s College (Rensselaer, Ind.) and Westminster College (New Wilmington, Penn.) and got his start as a student-assistant at the University of New Hampshire.
Sayer graduated with a B.A. in English from UNH in 2004 and was a four-year member and three-time captain of the men’s volleyball club team.
