PLYMOUTH, N.H. – The Plymouth State University women's basketball team fell to Keene State College 81-43 in Little East Conference (LEC) action at Foley Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.
Sophomore
Lauren Keller (Fort Morgan, Colo.) led the Panthers with 14 points, while junior
Jalen Cook (Monkton, Vt.) scored 13 points of her own in the losing effort.
The Panthers found themselves in a two-possession game at the end of the first quarter, but the Owls ultimately controlled play on both ends of the court continuing to extend their lead throughout the contest.
Plymouth State falls to 1-6 (0-2 LEC) on the season, while the Keene improves to 4-5 (1-1 LEC).

- The Owls opened the contest on a 7-2 run with 6:37 to play in the first quarter.
- Keene extended the lead to six (11-5) after one quarter of action.
- PSU was held to 14 first half points as the Owls went into halftime with a 33-14 advantage.
- The Panthers played KSC tight in the third quarter but was unable to cut into the lead being down 51-28 after three.
- Keene continued to pull away in the fourth, ending with a 81-43 victory.
