WSOC: Panthers tripped up at Keene

KEENE, N.H. – Freshman Amaya Rogers (Waterbury, Vt.) made a career-high nine saves but Keene State College used a three-goal first half to topple Plymouth State University, 4-0, in a Little East Conference (LEC) women's soccer game at Dr. Ron Butcher Field on Saturday.

Keene took advantage of a foul in the box to convert a penalty kick in the seventh minute. PSU threatened, but the Owls' goalkeeper made a pair of saves and the hosts rode the momentum to pad the lead.

Plymouth State falls to an even 2-2 (2-2 LEC), while the Owls remain unbeaten at 4-0 (4-0 LEC).
