KEENE, N.H. – Freshman
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) laid down an impressive outing at the Little East Conference (LEC) Championships to lead the Plymouth State University women's cross country team to a fourth-place team finish on Saturday afternoon at the Owl Athletic Complex at Keene State.
Karow capitalized on a great rookie campaign by posting a third-place individual finish in a time of 19:16.70 and finishing as the top first-year runner by more than 1:15.
Senior
Emily Philbrook (Penacook, N.H.) gave the Panthers two top-ten finishers after taking eighth with a time of 19:46.50.
Plymouth State finished fourth as a team with 91 points, missing a top-three finish by just one point.

- Karow paced the Panthers with her third-place finish in a time of 19:16.70.
- Philbrook snagged a spot in the top-10 with an eighth-place showing in 19:46.50.
- Senior Lexi Marcolini (Milford, Mass.) placed in the top-20, crossing the line in a career-best time of 21:04.60.
- The duo of freshman Abby Bergeron (Essex Jct., Vt.) and junior Abby Snow (Grantham, N.H.) finished among the Panthers' top-five as Bergeron posted a career-best 22:09.50, with Snow right on her heels in a personal-best 22:09.80.
- Senior Amy Cohen (Concord, N.H.) and junior Niki Monoxelos (Litchfield, N.H.) finalized the top-seven with huge career best times of 22:28.10 and 22:40.10, respectively. Both dropped nearly a minute off their previous bests.
