PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Plymouth State University men's soccer alumnus Bryan Biederman '07 has been selected as part of the Little East Conference's (LEC) Hall of Fame Class of 2023, the league announced on Thursday.
Biederman, a three-time All-LEC First Team selection and the 2005 LEC Defensive Player of the Year, anchored a defensive unit helped the Panthers to a 43-23-10 overall record, which included a pair of LEC regular season titles and four appearances in the ECAC Tournament.
First established in 2012, the latest Hall of Fame class includes nine former student-athletes, two former head coaches and the 1987-88 University of Southern Maine women's basketball team. Induction ceremonies will take place on each inductee's respective campus during the upcoming 2023-24 academic year.
The LEC Hall of Fame now includes 115 individuals and four teams. The LEC Hall of Fame Class of 2023 includes:

- Crystal Blamy (Keene State) – Track & Field
- Amy Zombeck (Keene State) – Women's Soccer
- Myles Berry (UMass Boston) – Men's Lacrosse and Soccer Coach/Administrator
- Krista Chauvin (UMass Dartmouth) – Women's Soccer/Track & Field
- Kayla Fleming (Rhode Island College) – Women's Soccer/Track & Field
- Tucker White (Southern Maine) – Baseball
- Emily Artesani Walton (Southern Maine) – Women's Track & Field
- Kim Lynch (Western Connecticut) – Softball
- Wayne Mones (Western Connecticut) – Men's Soccer Coach
- 1987-88 Southern Maine Women's Basketball Team
Plymouth State plans to honor Biederman prior to the men's soccer Homecoming game versus Western Connecticut on Saturday, Sept. 30.

Bryan Biederman '07
Bryan Biederman led a defensive unit that was the hallmark of the Plymouth State University men's soccer team from 2003-06, helping lead the Panthers to a pair of Little East Conference (LEC) regular season championships (2003, 2006).
The Holderness, N.H. native was a three-time First Team All-LEC selection and was named the 2005 LEC Defensive Player of the Year after leading a backline that allowed just 21 goals in 20 games while recording seven shutouts. His junior season also saw him earn All-Region honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) for the first time in his career as a Second Team selection.
Plymouth State captured its second LEC regular season title during Biederman's tenure in 2006, and advanced to the LEC Tournament final for the first time in five years. The back would be named First Team All-LEC for the third consecutive season and was named Third Team All-Region by the NSCAA and D3kicks.com. He also earned a spot in the New England Senior All-Star Game.
The Panthers posted an overall record of 43-23-10 with 29 shutouts during Biederman's four-year career, which saw him start in all 76 games. Plymouth State earned a berth in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship Tournament in each of Biederman's four seasons, advancing to the semifinals in 2003 and 2004.
Biederman earned his bachelor's degree in graphic design from Plymouth State in 2007 and was inducted into the Plymouth State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016.
