Plymouth State Athletics Photography Policy

We welcome Panther fans to take as many pictures as you would like, however only credentialed media and Plymouth State staff will be allowed onto the playing areas. Credentialed media must adhere to all sideline regulations. Failure to do so will result in a loss of credentials for a period of at least one year.
 
All other photographers must remain outside the perimeter at all facilities. This policy has been designed to ensure the safety of our student-athletes, coaches, officials and amateur photographers as well as meet NCAA, LEC, MASCAC and other conference affiliate policies. Please note there should be no flash photography at any venue.
 
All photography will be in compliance with NCAA and Plymouth State rules and policy. Images may not be sold for commercial purposes, nor may any athlete’s image be used for commercial purposes without permission of the Plymouth State Athletics Department.
 
The above regulations are in effect for all sporting events, and may be modified to meet regulations of the NCAA, LEC, MASCAC, NHIAA, or other governing bodies which host events at Plymouth State's athletics facilities.
 
The Plymouth State Athletics Communications office contracts with professional photographers to provide team photos, action photos, headshots and marketing portraits (sportraits) for use on the Plymouth State Athletics website and social media accounts.
