Box Score Bottom of line-up helps Panthers to Little East triumph
SALEM, Mass. – The Plymouth State University women's tennis team won four of five singles matches and claimed a 5-3 victory over Salem State University Tuesday afternoon in Little East Conference action at the Central Campus Tennis Courts.
The upset-minded Vikings led 2-1 after doubles, but PSU won the bottom four singles matches to clinch the team victory. The Panthers go to 5-3 and 4-2 in the Little East, while the Vikings remain winless at 0-8, and 0-6 in conference.

PSU HIGHLIGHTS
* The Panthers' only win in doubles was by sophomores Kelley Corson (Exeter, N.H.) and Lily O'Connor (Salem, N.H.) at No. 3.
* Corson came back and won in straight sets at No. 3 singles.
* PSU's other winners were senior Rachel Gustafson (Belchertown, Mass.) at No. 4, freshman Alex Dunn (Jaffrey, N.H.) at No. 5, and sophomore Megan Wheeler (Manchester, N.H./Central) at No. 6.
* Junior Megan Wallace (Moultonborough, N.H.) split two sets at No. 2 singles, but the match was not completed due to darkness.

Plymouth State hosts Saint Anselm at the Holderness School, Friday, Oct. 7, 3:30 p.m.
Salem State goes to Southern Maine on Saturday for a Little East match a 1:00 PM.
