KEENE, N.H. – Seniors
Madelin Svetin (Topsham, Maine) and
Jasmine Santiago (Leominster, Mass.) and junior
Jessica McGregor (New Boston, N.H.) all posted season best times and the Plymouth State University women's swim 200-yard freestyle relay team also swam its best time of the season as the Panthers fell to Keene State College, 222-42, in a dual meet at Spaulding Pool on Sunday afternoon.
Svetin set a pair of season top times, with Santiago and McGregor adding one apiece, while the 200-yard freestyle relay squad was more than two seconds faster than its previous best this year.
Plymouth State drops to 3-3 in dual meet action, while improves to 8-3.

How it Happened:
- Svetin took second in the 100-yard IM with a season best time of 1:09.12, and also placed second in the 50-yard backstroke after touching the wall in 30.95 seconds. She added a season best time in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:21.27.
- Sophomore Kyra Donahue (Methuen, Mass.) had an impressive return to Keene after swimming for the Owls last season. The transfer took second in the 100-yard freestyle in 59.42 seconds, while adding third place showings in the 50-yard freestyle (26.98) and 50-yard butterfly (28.95).
- Junior MacKenzie Brady (Rochester, N.H.) took third in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:27.01.
- Santiago and McGregor put forth their fastest times of the year in the 200-yard IM and 50-yard breaststroke, respectively. Santiago posted a 2:39.71, with McGregor finishing in 36.10 seconds.
- Donahue, Svetin, McGregor and Brady teamed up to finish the 200-yard freestyle relay in a season best 1:55.21, cutting more than two seconds off the previous fastest time.
