PLYMOUTH, N.H. – The Plymouth State University men's soccer team was defeated by the Eastern Connecticut State University Warriors, 5-1, in a Little East Conference (LEC) matchup on Arold Field in a Saturday matinee.
Senior
Faisal Abdallah (Pembroke, N.H.) scored the lone Panthers' goal in the second half on a ball played in from sophomore
Massimo Korcsog (Ottawa, Ontario) that got flicked on by senior
Aiden Doyle (Barrington, R.I.). The Panthers have two LEC games remaining on the schedule to keep their playoff hopes in sight.
Abdallah has recorded 13 points in eight starts for Plymouth State this season.
Plymouth State falls to 3-4-4 (0-4-2 LEC), as Eastern Connecticut improves to 5-5-2 (3-3-0 LEC) on the season.
