PLYMOUTH, N.H. – The Plymouth State University men's basketball team defeated the Vermont State University Castleton Spartans, 78-59, in a Little East Conference (LEC) game at Foley Gymnasium on Wednesday night.

The Panthers were electric from the opening tip, shooting just shy of 50% from the floor in the first half while burying 8-of-19 from beyond the arc. Senior Kyler Bosse (Manchester, N.H.) was unstoppable in the first half, hitting 7-of-11 from the field, including 5-of-7 from deep, for 21 points in 16 minutes.

Bosse finished with a game-high 26 points and finished a rebound shy of a double-double. Freshman Tyler Clark-Toy (Concord, N.H) and sophomore Torran Bosworth (Springfield, Mass.) each chipped in with 13 points while knocking down three triples apiece in the winning effort.
