PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Senior
Hailey Malozzi (Maynard, Mass.) poured in 24 points to lift Plymouth State University to a 74-64 win over Colby-Sawyer College in a non-conference women's basketball matchup at Foley Gymnasium on Wednesday.
The Panthers trailed early but closed the first quarter with six straight points to take a 12-10 lead. Colby-Sawyer responded with a 10-0 run early in the second, but Malozzi came up big as PSU surged back in front for good with a 21-7 burst.

Raegan Peck (Dudley, Mass.) buried a clutch three-pointer to restore the double-digit advantage, and the Panthers held strong the rest of the way.
With the win, Plymouth State improves to 7-1, matching its best start since the 2010-11 season. The Chargers drop to 4-5.

- Colby-Sawyer opened with a small run to build an 8-4 lead in the first three minutes.
