PLYMOUTH, N.H. – The Plymouth State University women's soccer team fell to the Middlebury College Panthers, 7-0, in a non-conference matchup on Panther Field on Tuesday afternoon.
The Middlebury team showed why it competes in arguably the toughest Division III women's soccer conference in the country, as the perennial NCAA Tournament team took care of business, holding Plymouth State to one shot in the match.
Plymouth State falls to 1-1-0 in the early season, while Middlebury wins its first game of the year (1-0-0).
