BRISTOL, R.I. – The Plymouth State University wrestling team ran into top regional competition, falling to Roger Williams University and Bridgewater State University at the RWU Field House on Saturday.
 
The shorthanded Panthers, competing for the first time in three weeks, were held scoreless on the day. Plymouth State was forced to forfeit four weight classes in each dual match. Sophomores Josiah Funches (Bow, N.H.) and John Allmers (Rivervale, N.J.) battled, as the pair combined for three technical fall setbacks.
