Galvin drained 7-of-12 shots overall, including 6-of-9 from three-point range, while also collecting seven rebounds and five assists.  Junior Sam Monohon also posted her first career double-double with 10 points and a career-best 11 rebounds as the Panthers won their second straight game to improve to 4-15 overall.

Senior Andrea Deuell topped the Badgers with 21 points while freshman Brittany Robertson added 14 points in the setback.  JSC dropped to 4-16 on the season.

It was a close game much of the first half and the score was tied 19-all with three minutes to play, but PSU rattled off the final nine points of the half to take a 28-19 lead into the locker room.  Galvin hit a three and Monohon added a pair of buckets in the Panther surge.

Johnson State cut the margin down to six points (31-25) in the first two minutes of the second half, but Galvin helped PSU explode on a 15-1 burst over the next three minutes to open up a 20-point gap, 46-26.  Galvin hit four straight three-pointers to key the Panther rally, and JSC didn't threaten the rest of the way.

PSU returns to Little East Conference play Saturday with a visit to Eastern Connecticut State University.  JSC is idle until Friday, Feb. 10, when the Badgers host Thomas College in a North Atlantic Conference contest.
