WTEN: D-II St. Anselm too strong for Panthers

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Sophomore Tessa LaBarre (North Smithfield, R.I.) won a second set tiebreak to force a decisive third set, but NCAA Division II Saint Anselm College topped Plymouth State University, 7-0, in non-conference women's tennis action at the South Athletic Field Courts on Thursday afternoon.

After dropping the opening set, LaBarre battled back and controlled the tiebreak to win the second set 7-6 (7-2). Her opponent went on to win the decisive ten-point tiebreak, 10-7, however.

Plymouth State evens its record at 1-1 while the Hawks move to 1-2.
