PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Graduate student Ryan Kudish (North Providence, R.I.) and freshman Alex Wasyliko (Londonderry, Vt.) posted the top individual finishes with third place showings for the Plymouth State University men's swim team as the Panthers squared off against Norwich University and Husson University in a double dual meet at the PSU Natatorium on Saturday.
 
Kudish took third in the 50-yard breaststroke and added a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke, while Wasyliko was third in the 100-yard IM and fourth in the 50-yard butterfly.
 
Sophomore Lyden Fogg (Windham, Maine) chipped in with a fourth place showing in the 50-yard backstroke and fifth-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke, while the trio teamed up with sophomore Jimmy Blanco (Stark, N.H.) to take fourth in the 400-yard medley relay with a school record time of 4:02.41. The quartet blew past the previous school mark by better than five seconds.

How it Happened:

• Fogg, Kudish, Wasyliko and Blanco opened the meet with an impressive performance in the 400-yard medley relay, demolishing the school record by more than five seconds to finish fourth in 4:02.41.
• Fogg posted a 28.77 in the 50-yard backstroke to finish fourth, where junior Tom Steinberg (Melrose, Mass.) notched a season-best 31.97. Fogg added a fifth place in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:15.18.
• Kudish was third in the 50-yard breaststroke in 31.20, just ahead of freshman Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.), who touched the wall in 33.12. Kudish took fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:39.23,
• Wasyliko opened his individual events with a sixth place showing in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.80. He was just 0.10 off from a top-three finish in the 50-yard butterfly after finishing fourth in 25.42, then placed third in the 100-yard IM after touching the wall in 1:02.27.
• Junior Jason Zink (Stratford, Conn.) shaved nearly two seconds off his season-best time in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing in 2:40.64.
