WESTON, Mass. – Junior
Lyden Fogg (South Portland, Maine) won three individual events, teamed up for a relay victory and demolished a school record to lead the Plymouth State University men's swimming team past Regis College, 134-87, in a non-conference dual meet at the Regis Pool on Friday evening.
Fogg blasted the program mark in the 1000-yard freestyle by more than 26 seconds to claim the win, while also topping the field in the 50-yard backstroke and 100-yard backstroke. He also swam the opening leg of PSU's winning 200-yard medley relay squad.

Aidan MacDonald (Hopkinton, Mass.) was a double-event winner, posting the top time in the 50-yard freestyle and 50-yard butterfly, while senior
Jason Zink (Stratford, Conn.) took home the win in the 500-yard freestyle.
Plymouth State improves to 2-0, while the Pride dip to 2-3.

How it Happened:
- Fogg and MacDonald teamed up with sophomore Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.) and freshman Aidan Moyer (Leesport, Pa.) for a win in the 200-yard medley relay to kick things off.
- Fogg carried the momentum into the grueling 1000-yard freestyle, where he obliterated the school record by more than 26 seconds, touching the wall in 11:50.31 to win the event.
- Junior Jimmy Blanco (Stark, N.H.) took second in the 200-yard free, before Fogg posted the top time in 28.31 during the 50-yard backstroke for his second individual win.
- Lee was runner up by less than 0.25 seconds in the 50-yard breaststroke, and MacDonald followed with a win in the 50-yard freestyle in 23.00 flat.
- Fogg claimed his third win with a sizable victory in the 100-yard backstroke, touching the wall in 1:00.20 to win by more than ten seconds.
- Lee was runner-up in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:06.41.
- Zink captured the win the 500-yard freestyle, and MacDonald followed with a top time in the 50-yard butterfly.
- The Panthers closed out the decisive win with the fastest time in the 200-yard freestyle relay as MacDonald, Blanco, Moyer, and sophomore Brady Lyons (Methuen, Mass.) teamed up for a 1:40.55.
