NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Junior Lyden Fogg (South Portland, Maine) recorded another individual event victory but the Plymouth State University men's swim team was brought down by Norwich University in a dual meet at Goodyear Pool on Saturday afternoon.
 
Fogg began in the 200-yard medley relay, joining sophomore Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.), freshman Aiden MacDonald (Hopkinton, Mass.) and freshman Marco D'Addona (Torrington, Conn.), where they took second in 1:45.13.
 
He followed up with a second place finish in the 100-yard backstroke in 57.28 seconds before clocking in a 2:06.19 in the 200-yard backstroke to pick up the lone event win for the Panthers.
 
Fogg wrapped up the day in the 200-yard freestyle relay with D'Addona, Lee and MacDonald for another second place finish.
 
The Panthers move to 5-2 in dual meets, while Norwich bumps up to 4-2.

How it Happened:

• Fogg, Lee, MacDonald and D'Addona started the day for the Panthers in the 200-yard medley relay for a second place finish with a combined time of 1:45.13.
• D'Addona and senior Jason Zink (Stratford, Conn.) took second and third in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:05.37 and 2:36.61, respectively.
• Fogg and senior Tom Steinberg (Melrose, Mass.) also snagged second and third place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke in times of 57.28 and 1:08.59, followed by top-three finishes by Lee and freshman Lee Hill (Nashua, N.H.) in the 100-yard breaststroke.
• Sophomore Brady Lyons (Methuen, Mass.) secured a second place finish in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:40.47.
• Zink, MacDonald and senior Sebastian Daly (Nashua, N.H.) swept second through fourth in the 50-yard freestyle.
• D'Addona and Daly claimed top-three spots in the 100-yard freestyle with times of 54.38 and 1:24.57.
• Fogg inked the first victory for the Panthers in the 200-yard backstroke when he finished in 2:06.19.
• Lee nabbed another second place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:33.23.
• Lyons and Hill finished the individual events with the 100-yard butterfly when they touched the wall in 1:03.71 and 1:12.40.
• The foursome of MacDonald, D'Addona, Lee and Fogg closed the day out in the 200-yard freestyle relay in second place with a time of 1:36.28.
