KEENE, N.H. – Senior
Dylan Flewelling (Oakland, Maine) built off an impeccable performance and decimated his personal best once again, this time by nearly 30 seconds, to lead the Plymouth State University men's cross country team to a third place finish at the Keene State Invitational on Saturday.
Flewelling was the star of the show once again when he took a top ten finish in a new personal best time of 25:21.60, knocking off 29 seconds from his previous best time, which took place on a notably flatter course. He was the first runner to cross the line outside of nine runners from Williams College.
Plymouth State took its third top three team finish, narrowly missing Little East Conference (LEC) competitor Eastern Connecticut by four points but staying ahead of all other fellow conference rivals.
