PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Senior
Lyden Fogg (South Portland, Maine) and junior
Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.) combined to win five individual events to lead the Plymouth State University men's swim team past Regis College, 105-85, in the home opener at the PSU Natatorium on Friday afternoon.
Fogg won the 200-yard freestyle in program record time, then was first to touch the wall in the 500-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke, while Lee won the 50-yard and 100-yard breaststroke.
Plymouth State picks up its first dual meet win of the year to move to 1-2, while the Pride fall to 1-4.

How it Happened:
- Fogg cut nearly four seconds off the program record in the 200-yard freestyle to win the event in 1:53.66.
- Sophomore Aiden MacDonald (Hopkinton, Mass.) was a close second in the 50-yard backstroke in 29.31, before Lee won the 50-yard breaststroke with a winning time of 30.74.
- Junior Brady Lyons (Methuen, Mass.) took second in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:08.68 and MacDonald was just off the pace in the 50-yard freestyle in 24.81.
- Freshman Griffin Srokose (Exeter, N.H.) and sophomore Brady Martin (Auburn, Maine) went one-two in the 100-yard freestyle.
- Fogg claimed victory in his signature event, the 100-yard backstroke, with a mark of 58.28.
- Lee out-touched the competition in the 100-yard breaststroke to win in 1:07.14 and Fogg followed with a victory in the 500-yard freestyle.
- MacDonald continued the momentum after taking second in the 50-yard butterfly in 26.43.
- Lee closed out the individual events with a second place finish in the 100-yard IM, finishing just 0.14 off the leader.
- MacDonald, Lee and Fogg were joined by sophomore Marco D'Addona (Torrington, Conn.) in the 200-yard freestyle relay, where the foursome combined for a winning time of 1:38.95.
