PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Senior
Lyden Fogg (South Portland, Maine) claimed the Panthers' lone victory in the 200-yard backstroke, as Plymouth State University fell to Eastern Connecticut State University, 164-32, in a men's swimming dual meet at the PSU Natatorium on Friday afternoon.
Swimming the event for the first time this season, Fogg paced the field to claim the win by over three seconds. Junior
Brady Lyons (Methuen, Mass.) and sophomore
Brady Martin (Auburn, Maine) posted third place finishes in the 50-yard butterfly and 200-yard breaststroke as PSU's other top finishers.
Plymouth State falls to 1-4, while the Warriors move to 2-1.

How it Happened:
- Fogg teamed up with Lyons, junior Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.) and sophomore Liam Dugmore (Dover, N.H.) to open the meet with a third-place finish in the 400-yard medley relay in 4:08.14.
- Martin finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:50.11.
- Sophomore Marco D'Addona (Torrington, Conn.) posted a season-best in the 50-yard freestyle after touching the wall in 24.68.
- Lee was PSU's top finisher in the 100-yard IM with a time of 1:02.24.
- Lyons took bronze in the 50-yard butterfly in 26.78, with Lee right behind him in fourth.
- D'Addona notched a time of 55.70 to finish fourth in the 100-yard freestyle.
- Fogg followed with the team's lone victory of the day in the 200-yard backstroke. He recorded a 2:09.26.
- Martin used a season-best mark of 2:53.47 to take third in the 200-yard breaststroke.
- PSU closed out the meet with a third-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay, as Fogg, D'Addona, Lyons and Lee joined forces to finish in 3:39.67.
