HOPKINTON, N.H. – Sophomore
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) brought the Plymouth State University women's cross country team to a top-25 finish at the NCAA Division III East Regional Championships at the Hopkinton Fair Grounds hosted by Suffolk University on Saturday afternoon.
Karow has been on a tear through the season and capped off with a top-75 performance in a time of 24:09.79. Her performance was the second best in terms of placement in PSU history since women's cross country was started in 2013.
The Panthers finished 21st as a team, notably edging out Little East Conference rival Southern Maine by eight points.

How it Happened:
- Karow was the front-runner for Plymouth State, finishing the 6k course in 24:09.79.
- Freshman Mary McGloine (Schuylerville, N.Y.) and sophomore Molly Glew (Plymouth, N.H.) crossed the line in personal best times of 25:13.97 and 25:56.08, while senior Abby Snow (Grantham, N.H.) finished in 26:19.80.
- Juniors Isabel Costa (Harrisville, R.I.) and Amber Fernald (Alton, N.H.) closed out the scoring five for the Panthers when they recorded times of 27:16.53 and 27:48.69.
