WESTFIELD, Mass. – After a standout performance in Plymouth State University's shutout of Fitchburg State University on Saturday, sophomore Hunter Burke (Pembroke, Mass.) has been named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Football Weekly Honor Roll, the league announced Monday.
 
Burke matched a game high with 10 total tackles and added a pass breakup as the Panthers recorded their first home shutout in more than two years, a 27-0 win over the Falcons. He finished with six solo tackles, including one behind the line of scrimmage for an eight-yard loss.
 
Plymouth State improved to 8-1 (7-1 MASCAC) with the win and can secure the program's second MASCAC title with a win at UMass Dartmouth on Saturday (Nov. 15). Kickoff at Cressy Field is set for noon.
