MB: Reyes, Bosworth shine but Panthers’ late push not enough at Regis

WESTON, Mass. – The Plymouth State University men's basketball team fell to Regis College, 78–67, in a non-conference matchup on Higgins Court on Tuesday night.
 
After the Panthers tied the game with the first bucket of the second half, the Pride responded with a steady run to build a comfortable lead. Plymouth State mounted a late push, trimming the deficit to eight in the closing minute, but Regis converted its free throws down the stretch to seal the win.
 
Senior Yansel Reyes (Manchester, N.H.) paced the Panthers with 23 points, while classmate Torran Bosworth (Springfield, Mass.) added 19 points as the only other PSU player to reach double figures.
 
Plymouth State drops to 3-2, while Regis improves to 3-1.
