NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Senior
Brendan Lee (Dover, N.H.) led the Plymouth State University men's swim team with three runner-up finishes, but the Panthers fell 130-50 to Norwich University in a dual meet at Goodyear Pool on Saturday.
Lee finished second in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.31 seconds), 200-yard breaststroke (2:27.18), and 100-yard individual medley (1:03.41).
Senior
Brady Lyons (Methuen, Mass.) was second in the 50-yard butterfly (25.66), while junior
Marco D'Addona (Torrington, Conn.) posted runner-up finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (24.10) and 100-yard freestyle (52.86), and a third-place finish in the 50-yard butterfly (27.44).
Senior
Cory Boisselle (Methuen, Mass.) took second in the 50-yard backstroke (32.40) and added third-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (24.99) and 100-yard freestyle (56.14).
Sophomore
Karson Genakos (Gilford, N.H.) earned Plymouth State's lone victory on the 1-meter board with a score of 139.25.
The Panthers closed the meet with a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay, as D'Addona, Boisselle, Lyons, and Lee combined for a 1:39.25.
