HOPKINTON, N.H. – Fresh off a program-record performance at Saturday's NCAA Division III East Regional Championship at Hopkinton Fair Grounds, junior
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) had been named All-East Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), the organization announced Monday.
All-Region honors are awarded to the top 35 finishers at each of the ten regional sites. Karow delivered the strongest race in program history, lowering her own school record by nearly 16 seconds to cross the line 25th in 22:26.60. Her finish marked the program's best individual regional placement.
Powered by Karow's standout effort, Plymouth State finished a program-best 10th out of 30 teams.
