PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Plymouth State University men's indoor track & field 4x400-meter relay was selected as the Yankee Ford Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Relay Team of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Senior Christian Oglesby (Penacook, N.H.), freshman Isaias Aguasvivas Pena (Marblehead, Mass.), senior Joey Cappelletti (Mansfield, Mass.) and junior Zach Hodge (Springfield, N.H.) teamed up to win the event at the PSU Alumni Meet on Saturday, cruising through the finish line with a combined time of 3:28.00.
 
PSU's time is the fastest in the LEC this winter, edging out UMass Dartmouth's relay squad from last week by 0.18 seconds, and ranks eighth in the East Region.
 
Plymouth State heads to the LEC Championships on Saturday (Feb. 22) hosted by Rhode Island College at the Providence Career & Technical Academy Field House.
