PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Senior
Max Goodman (South Salem, N.Y.) and the Plymouth State University 4x800-meter relay team each earned bronze medals as the Panthers competed at the Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Bank of New Hampshire Field House at ALLWell North on Saturday.
Goodman finished third in the 5,000 meters in a personal-record time of 15:30.04, while PSU's 4x800-meter relay squad of juniors

Jack Taylor (Bellingham, Mass.) and senior
Luke Cloutier (Lyman, Maine) secured third place with a time of 8:15.99.
Additionally, junior
Angelo DeLuca (Lynnfield, Mass.) and freshman
Enzo Valenti (Montville, Conn.) narrowly missed podium finishes. DeLuca was fourth in the 3,000 meters, while Valenti was fourth in the weight throw.
Plymouth State earned 40 points to finish seventh in the team standings.

Meet Highlights:
- Goodman won the bronze medal in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best of 15:30.04 – cutting more than 11 seconds off his previous best time. Sophomore Noah Francis (Bethlehem, N.H.) placed sixth after a personal-best 15:47.81.
- Colby, Phillips, Taylor and Cloutier combined for an 8:15.99 to win bronze in the 4x800-meter relay.
- DeLuca ran a personal-best 9:01.60 to finish fourth in the 3,000 meters, shaving nearly three seconds off his previous best. Juniors Nathan Beauregard (Merrimack, N.H.) and Cooper O'Neil (Millbury, Mass.) were eighth and ninth in 9:16.26 and 9:17.86, respectively.
- Valenti missed a bronze medal in the weight throw by just 0.03 meters, as his personal-record heave of 15.74 meters placed fourth.
- Valenti also had PSU's top mark in the shot put, placing 15th with a heave of 12.40 meters. Freshmen Parker Wood (Alton, N.H.) and Kellen Bateman (Exeter, N.H.) were 16th and 19th.
- Cloutier ran the fastest mile of his career to finish fifth in 4:31.33. Senior Jackson Diglio (Goshen, N.Y.) was ninth with a season-best 4:56.18.
- Sophomores Ty Shipmon (Yonkers, N.Y.) and Gabe Kean (Thornton, N.H.) both qualified for the finals of the 60 meters. Shipmon ran 7.17 to finish second in his heat, while Kean placed second in his heat in 7.24.
- Kean edged out Shipmon in the finals, placing sixth in a PR of 7.15, just ahead of Shipmon's seventh-place time of 7.17.
- Freshman Cam Lee (Northwood, N.H.), Kean, sophomore Isaias Aguasvivas Pena (Marblehead, Mass.), and senior Zach Hodge (Springfield, N.H.) ran a 3:31.81 to finish sixth in the 4x400-meter relay.
- Lee placed seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 52.09.
- Junior Shea McLaughlin (Byfield, Mass.) finished ninth in the 60-meter hurdles prelims in 8.95 seconds, just ahead of sophomore CJ Lytle (Merrimack, N.H.), who placed 11th with a PR of 9.06.
- Colby finished ninth in the 800 meters after crossing the line in 2:03.14.
- Freshman Griffin Massahos (Londonderry, N.H.) was 10th in the 200 meters with a time of 23.32, just ahead of classmate Jiasen Smith (Lisbon, N.H.), who placed 12th in 23.43.
- Senior Joel Newman (Natick, Mass.) cleared 1.77 meters in the high jump to finish 11th.
