PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The starting goalie for the Plymouth State University women's lacrosse team was honored by the Little East Conference (LEC) with weekly recognition, the league announced on Monday.
Freshman
Caitlin Snow (Peabody, Mass.) was named LEC Women's Lacrosse Goalie of the Week after a 1-1 week which included a road win in the conference opener.
Snow finished the week with a .432 save percentage and 9.50 saves per game. She made eight saves on 15 shots and limited UMass Dartmouth to just one goal in the second half as PSU knocked off the pesky Corsairs, 13-7, on Friday night. She added 11 saves in a setback to Bates on Tuesday afternoon.
Snow currently ranks third in the conference with 8.43 saves per game.
Plymouth State hosts Bridgewater State for a non-conference tilt on Tuesday (Mar. 31) at 4 p.m.
